The crew of NMB’s vessel "Bulgaria" provided their full assistance when saving the lives of Chilean fishermen in the open seas.
On the 13th of May 2014, after receiving a distress signal from the marine search and rescue coordination centre in Chile, the crew of motor vessel "Bulgaria" under the command of Captain Krasen Blagoev, participated in a salvage operation in the Pacific Ocean. The signal concerned a fishing vessel boat in distress named "Jazmine 1" with a crew of five persons on board. "Bulgaria" reached the fishermen in due time and the Bulgarian sailors managed to give them all the necessary assistance and help, needed in such circumstances.
